Bethany Walton was dubbed Britain's fattest teen, weighing 34 stone at 19-years-old, whilst studying Art work in Lincoln.

She lost 13st thanks to a sleeve gastrectomy meizitang zisu operation in 2006 which cost the NHS ??§o9,000.

The operation reduced her stomach by 90 per cent, leaving it shaped like a sleeve and only the width of the thumb.

After losing 13st because of the operation, she's piled another from the weight back on and currently weighs 26st.

The 27-year-old, who says she cannot obtain a job because of her weight wishes to undergo a second operation and says an anonymous benefactor has come forward with the ??§o11,000 price of a gastric band.

Being warned she may not live before the age of 30, the first operation would be a success but she's since stretched her stomach once more as she struggled to handle her portion sizes.

Feeling full at first following a piece of fruit or yoghurt and eating off a tea plate didn't last long as Bethany Walton's appetite began to grow once again.

Pie and mash, cheese sandwiches and chocolate were back in her diet - despite warnings from doctors.

But when she decided there was no other option but to go for another gastric operation, her GP informed her the NHS would not fund surgery for that second time.

Bethany Walton told Closer magazine she hopes to become a photographer once she's had her gastric bypass and band fitted in the following couple of months.

She said: "I"m struggling to get a job, no-one says it"s because of my weight but I think it may be, so I hope this op will change things.

"I knew that the best way I could slim down meizitang botanical slimming soft gel again was with surgery because I couldn"t control my serving sizes. Food gave me comfort and I couldn"t say no to it.

"I"d ideally prefer to get down to 20st along with a size 18. I just want to possess a happy, healthy life."
